Everything has a reasonable market CAP but food! Why?
Reason a CAP should be implemented
1) High food discourages new players from sticking around
2) Tax virals can`t survive with food over 15 and no cg`s
3) Empires can`t stock up on food when it`s low because of low max storage
4) Well established tax based empires will be forced to restart
5) As a food producer I noticed the empires buying the most food are not tax based. Which leads me to believe some market manipulation is going on |

99+ day(s) ago | That`s how I feel about it HelpsDeep, I never understood why market transfers are illegal. The market is publically available to anyone who looks, and its not exactly hidden when a post at 0 buffers for 15 minutes... Everyone online has a fair chance at it.
Similar to everyone who announce the planets they have on border on the chat / forum
But that`s just my 2 cents :) |

If that isnt what the game staff and Administration wants, then set cap limit like on UC, and then that will take care of `interpretations` of different rules by different "authorities". And since the market is available to everyone that plays, and since the prices are posted for everyone to see, it is fair game to anyone and everyone on to get the items that may be marked down in price. |

99+ day(s) ago | There are Absolutely no legalized market transfers, if you buy something from a known friend/multi/fed mate/ and you resell that for a profit and your caught, then that is a direct violation of the rules.
what exactly constitutes market transfers to you Grant? make me a list of examples and i`ll let you know which ones are illegal and will always be illegal |
