The Next DM will be held on the Nov. 4th until the 6th exact times will be posted later.
The offical start time and end time will be
2011-11-04 8:00 am server time
2011-11-07 8:00 am server time
it should start exactly at the refresh
Turn Regen will be set at 1 every two seconds
max storage will be 200
DP will be 3.5 hours long
The Brown Market, (since the black market is lame)
Food will be provided at 13
raw mat at 3
and minerals at 500
and a healthy post of ore at 10,000
Individual Prizes will be given for the top 5 in the flowing categories
Battles won
Win to loss ratio
Planets won
and Most planets
Fed prizes (only the top fed for each category) will be given for Total
Planets won
Battles won
Most planets
and best overall Win to loss ratio.
Any Guard accounts need only contact staff and you will be given the K.Hun-li, sorry virals you`ll still have to fish for your ships.
You will be forced to make a new DM account, any old recovered accounts will be removed.
Also Feds will be limited to a max of 5 members (including the leader), any more than that and all members will forfeit the right to win any prizes.
Good luck and have fun plotting and scheming.
also if you wish you can start making your accounts now and you should be able to make feds as well, though keep in mind you anyone you let in your fed you better be sure you want them in there or that they will be active, because you will be stuck with them, also remember to post your DM account`s Name in this thread if you wish to be any thing but a terran.

There`s simply not enough people in the first place to go ` well, because you`re a newb hunter, you are disqualified `, also the fact that we`d have to decide what truly, with no uncertain terms, described a newb hunter [not what we know, but what we can prove]. The end result is a bunch of people crying about how they can`t play the game how they want, and we get irritated.
I`m all for a singular win condition of most planets in a fed. Old DM`s were baller that way. |

OR
would you rather reward someone who actually stayed above "newbie" protection and fought with the rest of the server making the game an actual game

Though, the rank thing...my point was to screencap the ranks multiple times as to get a better idea of who is consistantly in the ranks. I think it`s important because people will care more about fodder spammers etc.
Let`s face it. GC`s just a huge game of king of the hill. It`s about time we acknowledge it, lol |

let say someone battles 1 mill - 10 mill thorughout the DM and get 100 wins----> not "newbie" and should certainly count towards awards CAUSE HE/SHE EARNED IT<---- big point they earned the awards
then on the other hand u hav a player who through out DM only kept 2-4 planets and PREDOMINANTLY stayed in "newbie" but also got 100 wins battling between 5k - 1 mill pr ( AND IM BEING NICE CUZ THE PEOPLE WHO IM TALKING ABOUT DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT PAST 200K PR)
who should get the award eh?

I still think that prizes should be given out in DM on the basis of rank control. Whoever is in the top 5 (say during completely random screen captures like 10-20 times throughout the DM) the most, gets the award. Or something like that. |
