The DM is now Active.
We will be Opening up the DM, it should become active for all of you the next server refresh.
This DM is just a test to see how it runs since it is old and dusty. if everything runs fairly smooth we possibly, probably, almost, may, host DMs in the future for prizes.
There are some issues.
First off Missions are disabled so we would like you to post your DM empire name and ID in this thread so we can go through and set missions for you. If you do not you will be forced to play Terran
The Forum link will not work from the DM server.
To explore you must be in a fed, once your in a fed you are stuck. there`s no way to remove yourself or anyone else.
Turn Regen is at 3.5 secs/turn
Turn Storage is 250
DP will last 90 minutes.
This DM will last until Monday.
For those of you who don`t know, If you have an active paid on any other account you can have a paid on the DM. You will see this “Active Paid-Account Status" as you log in. Click it and input the your Account info. You will be required to do this each time you log in.

now that i`ve thought about it being food producer would give massive income but there`s no way to produce over 1 trill food in 2-3 day`s hah
if it possible to change food prices from 5 it shouldn`t be increased 2x higher but perhaps only to 7 or 8 each max |

99+ day(s) ago | yeah trouble is we have very limited control over the DM but we`ll swing something, i think food at 15 would be fair, and some raw mat to begin with as well. |

99+ day(s) ago | i agree with Rot on this, i went tax miner and still feel that food at 10-12 would have been better to make it more active for collectives/marus or even the agri terrans.
Thanks SD and any other staff who made this test run possible on DM it was fun and i look forward to what comes of it. |

For future DM games though i would allow the food to be a bit higher. As the only collective i can say it was not easy getting cash in. Few empires to get planets from, low food prices and the ore was going lower and lower. But it was fun for sure. Most empires went Tax i believe, so next time i would settle the food at at least 10 which will allow Marauders and Collectives to choose that income stream as well.
I was Plunder Agri Mineral Collective :S definitely fun to play but super stressy :P

But we need to add just 1 extra rule, and that is: At the end of the DM, there shall be no exploring for new borders. May it be for the last hour, or 4 hrs, or last day; no new borders. Live or die with what you have. (In my case die quickly). We will have a clear winner! |

If he is losing even a single battle to a race that`s not terran. This is sufficient evidence that the race is imbalanced and herc should get another +1 to build rate. |
