I thought it would be a cool idea if every posted a memory from their early days here in GC. Something from when you first started or early accomplishment or fist fed and so forth.
Whatever it was that sparked that something in your early days that hooked you on the space crack and kept you coming back for more.
Mine would be when I first started playing in a fed called Guardian Prophets " no pun intended " just went viral and Exule was my fed leader and in order for me to become an officer I had to face a series of battles. It was cool back then, I remember I had to fight Lowball who was in CC at the time as my final battle. I won and was made an officer and I was so happy I felt like I earned a spot next to these great players. Anyway I have all kinds of accomplishments but that one sticks out the most.

99+ day(s) ago | I too remember when you first came to Guardian Prophets, DrKsTGuArDiAn. I was very impressed by you. I just regret that GC has gone down the path that it did. I have many memories of GC, too many to post right now. You were certainly one of my favorite fed members though. |

best memories tho are just how active rt used to be, there wasn`t ever a weekday night where you could just casually be out of dp. rt was so much fun back in its hayday. |

99+ day(s) ago | I remember my first leader, BurningPit, he was the leader of HaloHunters... a small but prideful fed where I made my first friends. I remember that GC was made up of clicks and most were not very friendly, I remember being excluded from most, I remember my fed being anabolicked multiple times. GC has, for the most part, always been a hostile environment.
I remember when anyone out of dp would be smacked within seconds or minutes at most. I remember when you would try to beat other people to a market purchase and it was just about impossible, it was a matter of ninja fingers and luck in order to grab anything before others.
I remember the Thunderdogs, the Bastard Clan, and KoA in their primes.... they were forces to be reckoned with.
I remember the Distemper and CC alliance that ruled the RT server for oh so long, in a day when that was actually something worth bragging about.
I remember so many nights where I couldn`t sleep, i remember having gc and a friend or two online to stay up with me and keep me company. |

And the most fun UW I`ve ever been apart of on RT was A.W.E.S.O.M.-0`s in late 04 xD That MSN convo was great. |

`03? Joined, joining a Fed, and it getting Anaboliked. All within a day.
In `04, spending several months collecting and fusing Time Caps, and using them to stay fighting up and down the ranks for 36 hours straight on Normal for the pure hilarity of it.

99+ day(s) ago | Demandred taught me how to play guard and DP taught me how to really play this game. I was proud to have spent the last days with Demandred before he quit. And I remember DP posting in the forum that he was going to take a small amount of players as students to teach and I remember being picked. Those were also great memories. |

99+ day(s) ago | Joining AAOP and being so proud of myself for getting permission to call myself the "webmaster" for the fed.
Killing a UW by being the last hit on a fleetless attempter, and thinking I was really cool for being able to get the last hit.
Having Warmonger teach me how to play, back when 10m pr seemed like flying to the moon to me.
Being a self-sufficient terran, producing all of my needed food, raw materials, and goods so that I had no negative numbers in my Turns Used summary.
All of the cool people who would always be on when i logged on, like TBK, xxxianna, eOwYn2.
Rarehunter being a newb. I guess that`s the most recent memory, though, since it still happens... |

I remember reading the whole manual before joining the game. I was answering the questions of others before I ever started. I joined every server, and got several of my friends, as well as my brother to play, though they all gave it up quickly (my brother played UC for a couple years), and I dropped all but RT.
Treg was someone famous and was always on, especially when someone broke the chat rules.
Guardians had no upkeep, and Collectives and Virals were....I think mentioned in the manual, but were not created yet.
Feds like the Guardian fed and Bastard fed were huge I believe, though I did not join a fed until over a year in if I remember correctly. I also researched every ship before ever popping out of np after switching to a-miner less than a week in.
There`s a couple of memories :P I`ve probably forgotten more than I know about the game now in the last, what, 7 years? :P |

99+ day(s) ago | Lol good times all, I took three 75k c2 clusters from someone, can`t remember the name they may have been in CC . It was my biggest catch to date and right after I had BW chasing me all the way up the ranks lol. Used them to complete the final mission as guard.
Then I plundered all three lol the whole server was in an uproar over it. Sidelines was pizzed I think he wanted a shot at them along with the rest. |

KoA was awesome, I remember our server raids haha, epic times. We would clear the server, only people allowed out of DP was KoA, no exceptions. Then we`d see how long we could hold the server, back when things were active that was actually difficult. I remember staying up all night as a mid-pr marauder fighting non-stop.
I specifically remember one time where someone non-koa was in our MSN convo during a raid, and commented on how we operated like a real military, perfectly executing very well planned strikes, teams to take specific PR`s, ganging up on a certain enemy on the ranks.
