Currently, I am the 5th most "powerful" empire in the normal server. I have expended hundreds of millions of credits and hundreds of turns on a massive base spam in an attempt to beat my enslavement by Bentussi, who is permanently on vacation mode and locked in at 2-3 mil pr. However, I still am not 10x powerful than him, and now I am out of credits and resources. I`m sure other people are stuck in a similar situation.
I feel like this means that it is time to reform the VM system or enslavement system. Change the 10x to 5x or 3x. Alter the VM rules so you cannot keep slave empires while in VM. Something, because my only options are essentially battle arranging to free myself from enslavement (a tactic that is questionable according to the rules) or restarting. I hope others feel the same as I do and will let the mods know in this thread.
I hope I don`t come off as a griping newbie here, I just find this terribly irritating. |

unless ste fixed alot more than i believe... otherwise ide have done it myself
i havent read the whole thread nor do i care too ( GC love`s seeing slaves being unhappy ) , but im hoping your solution isnt just freezing the slave master placing him in 1.5k protection so they can break freee :-/ |

99+ day(s) ago | I see that the overall response to this idea has been positive. In response to that, I will propose and enact the following procedure:
If *your* "slave master" VMs and you wish to get free without the sometimes insane expense of building to 10x, send a PM to chessRPGrulerKoA on RT with the following details:
1. Server
2. Your empire ID
3. Your enslaver`s empire ID
4. a note indicating that they are in VM, you want free, etc.
I will leave this thread open for more discussion for the time being, so Requiem or others who are in the business of enslaving can continue to present their case if they so desire. Keep it civil as always, I`m glad to see the discussion being so flame-free. Thank you to all of you guys for not letting flame wars start up, it makes my life so much easier. |

99+ day(s) ago | Or better yet, if a slaver empire goes into VM, simply change things so they can collect no tribute. This would take away the benefits of VM slaving. And the slavers won`t miss out on the money if, like Requirem says, it`s not that much anyway. |

99+ day(s) ago | Ragnarok... don`t get me wrong... it can be done without Stephen... it`s all up to the admins to do it... IF players can be suspended at 1500 PR, the admins can do it without Stephen... and IF players want to be involved, they can just inform the admins which empires that go into VM and need to be put under 5k PR...
it`s time to stop thinking what Stephen can do and cannot do... IF admins can do it, we can bypass Stephen.. he doesn`t even bother to stay around and we`re paying for this game...
and IF you ever read this Stephen... sorry to be harshed... some of us can see the potential of this game and you`re just ignoring it...
so please do tell us... do the admins wish to see another empire like Ullr to restart just that they can`t break free frm VM enslavers OR the admins could do something about it... |

Besides, few ever goes into VM for less than a week anyways unless it`s on RT. |

which ok i admit is a big deal, haha.
and whoever mentioned about the loyal slaves.. that`s true too. most of my money makers are pretty happy with my reinforcements soooo.. lol. its only the troublemakers i like to enslave just to irk them P: |
