  0 Housing C3s and U class

It is unfortunate when one recieves a c3 or a u class with no population as to any player, other than a mineral miner, the colony becomes useless. I would like some sort of artifact or option to increase population by at least 1 as that would allow for someone to rebuild the colony.

How would re-popping a planet make a dead empire alive again? You are still alive as long as you have a planet regardless of if it`s dead or not.

technically you arent actually looking at a gente for what tikimana wants to do as pop can regrow if there is housing. An Estructura is more what is required as it destroys the infrastructure

i missed the part about a killed empire. i agree completely with that since if your dead your dead..

hopeless thats why i say make it a rather expensive project. besides in a game where we can build space ships and "colonize" planets through exploration or conquest how does it make sense that a planet could be repopulated? Now say if its infect or assimilated dont allow it to be repoped as its become a wasteland eh?

no, we depopulate colonies for a reason, they should remain dead,,end of story..and any artifact that would allow a killed empire to remain alive is just wrong..if your gonna do that just make it so they cannot lose their home-world same as terran and miners

Im fuzy about how long ago it was.... But the way i remember it you could use Assimilated Base or Organic Base and it would bring your dead collective/viral empire back to life way way back in the day... but ya im fuzy about that, its when i started playing back in the day, plus i didnt dig back then so i can verify it in anyway.

aint the planetary core to get a random planet? :)

yeah it would be a nifty idea. id say just make an ungodly expensive reuseable project that can repop a planet (like a biosphere). Have it cost x amount of money (i dunno what would be fair) and say 200-300 turns per use? maybe make the turns required change depending the land or number of planets. Give it a chance to fail maybe..

Why Dont we make the next game update, artifacts. Slight improvements to current artifacts. Plus maybe some new ones like the suggestion below.

@Tikimana there is already an artifact to decrease population on planets. Look up Grand Gente & Minor Gente.

I Do suggest the fellowing new 3 artifacts
- Minor Traicione = Increase population by 100
- Major Assimilated Base = ( 1/20 ) chance to create 1 new random planet (only works for collective)
- Major Organic Base = ( 1/50 ) chance to create 1 new random planet ( only works for viral )

If this were the case, and the Major Organic Base & Major Assimilated Base were accepted, i would also recommend 1 for Guardian.

Doesn`t that mean an artifact would have to be available to depopulate planets too?
(Zeroing out U. class planets is a hobby of the most evil Collectives ;-P and it should stay)

Actually, an arti to pop a dead planet is a pretty good idea.

I really do hope that the increased number of GC players mean stephen would actually do something for us =0

Yeah its a nice and evil way to keep planets/clusters on borders you would otherwise plunder.

Works fine as it is.

Get over it. I can`t use c3s or u class planets that I capture either but you just learn to live with it.
