The official description of traicione is
"Traicione - Target empire loyalty decreases"
I tried it on multiple empires but I always get:
XXX loyalty decreases by 0 !
Why does not it work like expected? |

99+ day(s) ago | There would have to be an arti to raise loyalty to balance it out, which would then make guardians ridiculously overpowered. Miners too if it let you go over max loyalty, and virals a bit o.o |
