i`ve been a terran for a very long time... in Normal, i`m trying as an a.miner just for the heck of it...
but i`m curious... IF any of you all had to choose between a.miner and terran for battle purpose, which one would you choose... i`m not asking which one is better, i`m asking which one you would choose... :)

I played terran longer on RT so i have more exp. w. terran.
All I ever did with A.Miner was enslave an entire server for a year or so, free everyone, then quit. -_- |

You comment on Collective is not accurate though. Producing food and keeping positive income takes a little patience, but not that hard. Fighting with the capture ability is fun too. |

99+ day(s) ago | I beg to differ with you all, mineral miner is good on ultra (thats what I am) and im one of the richest on the server I can control the minerals I sell. Imo its easier to get 100+ planets on the slower server which make mineral miners that much easier for you. |

I`d go with terran on slower servers and miners on faster servers.
This is because a miners have amazing ships for stacking, but their cap ships suck.
Terrans on the other hand have really good cap ships, so if you don`t mind using the same three ships over again, you will always win. (remember that on slower servers, winning a battle doesn`t necessarily always mean winning terms of PR...if you can kill more turns worth of ships than your opponent, it counts as a win in my books ;) ) |

You will need some stacking skill to enjoy fighting as miner. Otherwise if you are still learning, terran is your best bet. |
