1. Whilst exploring, though shalt never cluster any planet below 800, unpaid, or 1000, paid.
2. Though shalt cluster all junky planets, strip them of their ore, plunder, and repeat until dawn.
3. Thou shalt always remove the infrastructure from U. class planets he/she does not want if he/she wishes to tick people off.
4. Thou shalt always attempt provide x dead or u class borders, stripped of infrastructure, for yon brethren.
5. Thou shalt remain faithful to thy fed mates till it become profitable to resign/kick, attack, and make up.
6. Thou shalt obey the rules set forth by the Stephen and his lackeys.
7. Thou must covet thy neighbor, for he hath what you want... sometimes.
8. Thou shalt not spam unless ye are poor / ignorant / newbish / etc.
9. Thou must fight for borders whence ye has an abundance of planets, and VM only when necessary.
10. Thou must be active and well mannered to continue playing. |

Wait, if you stack well - you don`t need to spam, - OK that sounds better
but always lead Queens against Terrans - cause they always lead Hercs and Nivs,
except those guys (gals) who spam P thors, but then again queens work
and P thors dont work so good against Hercs
so spam V Borrs cause they can take out Hercs, Nivs, Queens and P thors
that is is you spam enough - that is the key:
Knowing how much to spam !!!!!!!!!
