OK...this sucks. Big time. The Issus Fed disbands without warning, the "event" ends without warning, and select few join Opus Dei`s Fed to be protected from the upcoming UW.
Sucks man....just sucks. I pay money to get screwed like this ? |

Facts set rules, why join an event when u dont know the rules?
Information is key, the unknown that should of been the random things not the event itself.

I got tired of newbies 3 or 4 years ago, why would i want a fed full of them, few skilled players left in this game, those who say they are skilled dont use their skills, so why even call them skilled players, we just call ourself vets.

99+ day(s) ago | okay okay sorry i understand... me and flashy were good sports about the whole event... in fact my enthusiasm and role play i think is what got flashy so into the event in the first place... a remark of mine threatening the entire terran race hehe. Anyway yes it was fun and it does suck that it ended mid stride. Calling it a Beta event help soothe my soul :) |

round 1 was perfect and fairly smooth putting aside some peoples lack of role play and enthusiasm to face the unknown ( demanding every bit of information completely draining the fun for facts or not bothering at all )
start of round 2 i stepped down as admin in order to stop people giving themselves 5 years worth of effort quicker than you could spend your turn storage...
this created a very big 1-2 week back log of " things to be done " regarding the event alone thats 4 hours a day average 14 x 4 = 56 hours of work in a nutshell to ensure everything was perfect. i work hard and have a real life along with many other people. it was a backlog for a beta test event... that alone meant it wasnt going to work.
i dont get a penny of anything anyone spends on this game. im voluntary
refusing to pay when i even gave those who took part the 2nd reward prize for that round...
yeh im sorry it was a bad ending , sorry i didnt have the time to keep up the roll play and everything else.
but your attitude is indeed the type of attitude that makes me wonder why i bothered in the first place , and further tempts me to throw the whole idea out the window to boot. |

99+ day(s) ago | FlashysDomain, I don`t think I said it was well run, it could very well have been run better. What I said was I appreciated the effort and time that had to go into it. I`ve spent hours on GC things, information gathering, and battle calculations and so forth. (I have a lot of different documents and tables :P) So I can imagine how much time and effort was put in by the staff and others who were involved, and I give them my respect, because they did put it on, even if it ended up swamping them, and they had to stop.
Being a critic of the whole thing is a good way to make sure nothing like it happens again, and frankly, I`m glad they`re putting in the effort to liven up the game, it was a good respite from the monotony of digging, digging, and more digging. So staff, keep up the good work! *cheers on the staff, throwing bronze, silver and gold dineros around until there`s a large pile at their feet*
Oh and Ang3lofDeath2, why not just make your own fed, then you can all join it and be in a fed together anyway, so where`s the trouble? |

I read the thread about everyone saying it was a nice event etc etc. Jeesh...if that was a "well run event` everyone is smoking wacky tobakky or drinking Kool Aid. And the way it ended? Forget it. Respect and consideration should at least be the minimal standards for any business. So .. as the consumer, I will show the recognition such respect and consideration deserves. I`m done as a paying marticipant. |

99+ day(s) ago | Well, had I been offered, I`d have joined it, then aided, instead of fighting, the UW, but, he didn`t offer :P And it was just as well, I enjoyed fighting the UW.
One of these days I`ll actually support an UW, but to be honest, there are so many people with max cash right now, it`s nice to see an UW get through. Gives us something to do besides buy out the market over and over again. |

99+ day(s) ago | the UW sucks in the first place... sometime you can see people`s loyalty during crisis... i still remember the only fedmate OpusDei`s having in the first few hours of the UW is Kyril... look at the fedmates list now... lol...
anyway, to be fair... OpusDei did offer me to join his fed... but due to my loyalty to my own fed and of course i don`t feel like letting go my own fed just to save the extra ore, i`ve declined... but we can see some of us will do everything to cover their "backsides" during desperate hours... lmao... |
