UW time and my last few days on GC for a while since i will be leaving this country, Italy. Alot of stress i had these past months, preparations and the current sickness of my Grandmother does not help.
I wish everyone alot of fun during this UW, afterall this is what GC is about.

99+ day(s) ago | i been in np doing my infra for at least 2 months now so it was a welcome break to join opus and defend his uw, shame i didnt start till the last 10 hours as it was a lot of fun fighting again.
big congrats to Opus and all defenders and nice work attackers.
hurry back opus as i need your encouragement to get back in the ranks :) |

99+ day(s) ago | know this is a bit late, but just checked forum.. this was the best UW I`ve been a part of. very good fighting on both offense and defense.
defensive highlights -
right at the start (and before the start) of the UW, there was a lot of fighting in the top 5-10 between the two sides. well, defense against pistolpete mostly lol. lots of pr lost in those attacks, kudos to those that sacrificed their camping fleets to do something useful for a change :P
for at least 6 hours straight, defenders kept any attacker from staying above 2 mil pr.. this when the offense was at one of it`s strongest!
after the offense broke through our defense with over whelming aggression, we band together to effectively hold them down after a couple were hit by non-supporters (special thanks to he who helped save the uw, then turned around to attack it LOL)
offensive highlights -
africa, starseekers, NoName and more come out within a couple minutes of the first, all climbing to go after the UW. they suffered many losses, but managed to get past the FOUR defenders above them and two getting over 10 mill pr hits off.
defenders got caught up in some internal confusion and squaks makes a big play against the uw, the biggest i was online to see :)
it was a great uw, great 2 days for GC. hope we can have more like it in the future!
I`m glad I got to see Opus pull the weapon off, and even more glad to have been a part of it. will miss you my friend!

Well, what to say, good way to kill a 500+day old Marauder:::Ofcourse this achievement goes in particular to BlackAngel, Rebanned and Kyril who stood awake and supported it all along from when i first started researching the Hektar:::However a huge thank you to all of the empires below for having the faith to pull this through:::Karolinerna Saddistic Archangel BadKarma and Biohazard your support has been very well appreciated. Saddi, take care of BK, one day he will be richer than you!!!! :)

Maraudian for believing all along in it, i bugged you quite alot on MSN with questions and worries and so on, you ve been a great Admin and i appreciate all the work you did in GC for every single one of us::
