Paid account disappears slowly while in VM or freeze mode.
seriously i had 150 days of paid & in 1 week i`ll finally be home & back to the game & my paid will be down under 75. half my paid disappeared while in VM.
Seriously will this ever get fixed or will i ever get my un-used paid days back? |

I didnt chose to leave, & im not VMing for the fun of it either. I`ve been VMing cause im in southern colorado with no freakn internet & no time to play unless i sit at a coffee shop everyday. & i dont have the gas money to visit a coffee shop everyday.
Plus today i got a 1800 mile drive back home to South Carolina. |

DotA`s pure win man. I used to play that for ages :p My character on WoW`s Aryena of Emeriss EU(vet here ,been playing for over 3 years now :p).
I quit not long ago though,the game looks like utter crab now,it`s just not the WoW I used to play for so long.
Playing Warhammer Online right now,and the only thing I can say is that`s is MILLION times more entertaining than WoW at it`s current state,it even reminds me of vanilla WoW sometimes hehe :p |

i guess WoW is the best like but meh
yeh , basicly what he means is he baught a paid , VM`d for the majority of it , and isnt happy that its ticked down while he`s VM`d ...
during your stay in VM you are still paid account and it will tick down , you pay monthly like on any other game , except my old favourite fairyland ZOMG what an awesom game , that was pay by the hour played ( fairly cheap for innactive people ) or you could choose monthly ofc ( alot cheaper if active )

It is very fair that you use up your paid days when you are in VM as long as they are used 1 to 1 with real time. |

99+ day(s) ago | YOU pay for paid status for x amount of days , if you dont login during that day , you still have paid status for that day , its not a bug or anything that needs fixing , thats like buying a week usage ticket for disneyland and asking for a refund or extension for only attending 1 day , its not their fault and you will be laughed at and denied. |

99+ day(s) ago | Wow.. I did not know this! When you buy a product for IRL money you should get what you pay for. If you don`t get the product you pay for, you tell the company you buy from by letter or email, that you got this complaint, and then they got a few weeks to fix the problem. If they are not able too you can require all your money back. That is how things work in my country at least.
Of course you will run into a lot of scammers at the internet and then it is much harder to get back the money - if not impossible. Happened to a friend of mine when he bought a camera. :S And the police have a hard time doing anything about it. |

It`s a contract when you buy paids, you pay x. for x....
I recommend that one of the admins fix`s the bug, replaces the paid days or adds a disclaimber at the bottom of the upgrade page stating that going into vaction mode will remove your paid account...
That way GC is covered from legal alligations :p

If you did not know then that is just an unfortunate reality and not something that needs a "fix" imho. |

99+ day(s) ago | not the place for this really but no you cant... you could have easily got a refund for the paid you had then and bought a new when you returned however... but you could try stephen/paid staff anyhow.. Ask > Support > Payment / Donation |
