So I attacked Valja for his ever so juicy rewards, then another empire in rapid succession getting one colony in each battle. Then I attacked another low level guy and snagged a C1. I thought my two barrens were safe...

Sometime when you attack multiple empire in a short amount of time, there is a bug where you colony list will get mixed up
I;ve been on both sides, where i`ve gotten a 25k c-2 had it covered, and gotten a 15k u large and then got borders, but still had it as first border
I think it happens quite alot actually but people generallly dont pay alot of attention as if the planets are rubbish, then you dont look
