If you are in debt disband all fleet, stop using turns, sell everything you have in the market.
then wait until everything has sold, and if your still in debt after that then use 1 turn to see if you make positive credits. If you do research your way back into positive cash, and if not you will need to have someone use artifacts on you or you will have to restart. |
