What is battle arranging?
Battle arranging is any situation which violates the following rules via chat post, private message or forum post.
It is to prevent empires gaining an unfair advantage over other empires in battle, and all rules still apply even if no advantage is gained.
Rules
1. You may specify a PR.
2. You may not ask for damage protection (dp) in the public chat, you CAN however say you are waiting for it in a PM, or the GC forums.
3. You may not ask to be attacked by a specific attack type (normal, enslave, fed war).
4. You may not ask to be attacked by a specific fleet attitude (careful, normal, aggressive).
5. You may not specify any fleet status. (yours or the fleet to be used to attack with).
6. You may not ask to be a slave or slave master to any empire.
