BeowulfSchaeffer 2009-01-03 | | I hate | | When I put together a careful, tight defensive stack that is just good enough to keep me from going in to dp, but not good enough to keep me from losing, so I end up losing two planets in two separate battles and suffering two losses.
Hey, I only lost two planets, I know, but the old W/L record looks like garbage.
How can I fix this so that I am only suffering one battle, even if it`s a loss?
Advice and help are appreciated.
P.S. I play on Fast. TYVM |

DraconianParadise 99+ day(s) ago | Beowulf i can see where your coming from, and best advice is to save and wait for the counters, retaining your ratio
As Arch points out, as yougain more planets this actually becomes a bonus because you basically get 2 counters for 1 attack =-)
However i realise it may not be the same on Fast |
Archaeoptyrex 99+ day(s) ago | i wouldn`t worry about win/loss ratio -- if you`re interested in planet hoarding, planets won vs colonies lost is much more impressive. |
DrunkenMasters 99+ day(s) ago | put 40% queens in front of your stack(40% of your total fleet). Guaranteed DP :P |
Slavyzz 99+ day(s) ago | give tips to your enemies, obviously they aren`t doing so well :P |
