I got a few questions:
Once you go into vacationmode can you still reinforce slave empires in gc if its set like that?
Why is it that one that enters vacationmode (chooses not to play) still gains full interest gains from slaves?
How long is it allowed to remain in vacationmode without giving up slaves?
Is it allowed to punish people via the ingame system unlimited times? |

99+ day(s) ago | lawl. YOu still gain tribute while in VM because there is a limit of 999,999,999 on your tribute reserves. Considering that is a relatively small amount, you will make it quick and since you have no turns to use to withdraw, you lose all further interest while in vm. |

99+ day(s) ago | YOu can build that fleet, but you can`t arrange to have someone attack you, as that would fall under battle arranging.
You could sit about same pr as your enslaver with a fairly useless fleet and hope he`s sending reinforcements, at about the same pr as the enslaver anyone that hits you stands the chance of taking out more of his reinforcement fleet than doing similar in a low pr. |

Because gaining interest from slaves takes no action from you so it still happens during vm. It has become a tactic of some slavers to hide in VM to collect from slaves while sitting at a high pr. But if reinforcements are on your fleet can be lowered and they have a good window to try and free themselves.
You can stay in VM as long as you want and your slaves will not be automatically removed. They have to either free themselves or be taken by another slaver.
I think there is a day limit for punishing but I am not sure on this point. I`m sure someone will respond who knows.

99+ day(s) ago | don`t know anything about the vacation mode questions but you can punish as much as you want. It uses 10 turns to punish someone I believe, so as long as you have turns you can punish all day long. |
