The infrastructure researches in the game doesn`t interfere with battles a single bit, except housing. The PR of a tax empire is just high enough to be disadvantageous in battles. I personally have 600k PR. I`ve seen peeps with close to 1mil. It`s very disadvantageous for us to fight at low PR, even at 3mil we have a 15~20% penalty compared to others who have base PR of 100~200k.
May I request for a new formula for calculation of base PR or a cap of it? Becuase all the others researches don`t hurt you in battles, housing shouldn`t either. |

I tried to be a guide for the benefit of making the game better too, but in reality you just take endless abuse and cant do anything for the game. you`ll go unheard regardless until stephen sells off the game.
