Now that the prizes for Asmodai have been declared - do we get to find out the prizes for the Lucas event on normal?
Plus can we get a clarification on the timescale, for all us confused newbs out there. He hangs around till all the clusters have been won, right? Then how long till the event ends? |

99+ day(s) ago | the normal and RT event are fed not empire related , so the whole fed gets rewards not just 1 empire , unless ofc that empire is rogue and beats the whole server , in that case game over to that server as hes gona pawn you for a fed years till someone gets one over on him |

by the way, do the people in the winning feds who have the lucas c3s get a special prize after the event ends in october? or does anyone with at least 1 lucas c3 get a special prize regardless of fed? |

Every newb who comes along says the same, including myself. Mara has stated though that `Lucas` plans to pop out at different prs so I`m pretty sure you`ll get your chance. I just meant with my previous post that he has 1200 planets at the moment so his base is 1.2k. I`m pretty sure he`ll come down in pr once he`s offloaded some though.....
it`d be nice to see him pop out at the kind of prs that none of the planet hoarders can reach ;-) |

99+ day(s) ago | hi, KaiserReich of the Normal server here. I am a Newbie, and I want to say that I am HAPPY that Lucas will actually pop out at 100k.
I suggest that 7 or 8 out of the 10 C3s be offered at 100k, which would send all of the bloated old veteran empires scrambling to come up with some actual strategy, rather than the same-old same-old -- and I think that is what this exercise in fun is all about -- to break up the norm.
Let me lay my thoughts out plain:
I think you may be missing some HUGE opportunities to attract and RETAIN new players.
This game is run by a group of veterans (2004, 2005, 2006 players) and all of the new promotions, games, events etc. seem so far to have been aimed at them, whether intentionally or not. I actually suspect not. You ALL seem to be good people who want the game to succeed, but the veterans need to think about how to reward players who more recently discovered the game, haven`t had a chance to click on research, etc. for 4 years so that they can sit at a 9 figure pr, but still want to battle, succeed, and enjoy the game.
It`s kind of like if you are not in that club, you are left with the crumbs and the fringes. As RareHunter (a consummate vet) likes to put it, "yawn Newb".
Well, this Newb would like to enjoy the game just like anybody else, but I don`t have 4 years to click and wait before I can join the inner fraternity. If you want to A) Improve the game, and B) attract and RETAIN newer players (so that RareHunter can feast on us), then you are going to have to be more proactive in getting us excited and involved.
Just my thoughts, and I offer them only to improve this!
