That is where event planets come from... they do not just magically explore 20k stuff... so how do you think a 1 land c3 would be made? Especially in the context that 1 land oceanics exist only when made by admins...

99+ day(s) ago | Rewards are given not for taking planets (hence why the planets themselves are not all that useful) but for the battle itself. The system is such that if you stack and win, you will be rewarded, but if you spam and win, you will be punished. |
