  Firefox 3.0 vs AGCMods

FF3 Release Candidate is out, has been for some time. Most of you will move on to 3.0. Some sooner, some later.

I`ve added forced compatibility to my mods (http://mmanir.sytes.net/gc/) , but some parts may not work or work incorrectly. if you notice any problems under FF3.0 please report them in my comments tab at http://mmanir.sytes.net/gc/. (example: oldskull forum theme is lacking its css sheet :/ )

Also, i broke the autoupdate thingy. If you know what the heck have i done wrong, please contact me.

I`m NOT checking pms on any account by gc/normal...

*prods CounterCrazy with mercurial (or git if you prefer) and notes version management is far simpler than manually keeping track of backups of old versions... though you still need separate backups of the repository lest your hard disk fails...

CC: see the ajax js functions in vanilla. (getvanilla.com). They are compressed, but shouldn`t be hard to unobfuscate. My ajax is just a client-side background http reqs, it`s not too sophisticated...

Moops, same here. I`ve rehashed some mod data when i upgraded to hardy beta. Today I installed 3.0RC2 on windoze at work and some parts just won`t work >>

And i do keep all past versions and between-the-version changes... +backups + burns + changetacks :P

I`ve been forced into FF3b5 on Ubuntu with the recent update to 8.04, and i havent experienced any problems whatsoever with your mods, but then, I don`t use all the features of it, maybe ill play around a bit and get back to you

Anfit , suggestion keep save BACK UPs of ur Mod so u can always go back to fix a problem.

I find it highly useful to always hit the undo button when i scew up stuff. Amazingly one letter wrong in a piece of code can cause so much trouble

Also do can i get some help with the AJAX HTTP Requests. Some odd reason i cant get my head around that one so well. Would be extremely useful if u could explain it better to me if ur know it.
