(Options > Restart Empire)

Sorry if this seems beyond obvious to some people, but for those of you who think a PCC amounts to an "extra life", you are sincerely wrong. =P

99+ day(s) ago | i`ve actually seen people use them to get back from a 0 planet empire. sometimes the game will stop you from using them, other times it will not realise you are dead for a while, so the whole pcc not working thing isn`t entirely true. sure it`s not SUPPOSED to work, but sometimes it does. |

99+ day(s) ago | Actually, since we`re talking about collective, I think we use planets like batteries. As long as there`s a planet we`re fine, but if all planets were plundered then it would be like a computer unplugging itself from the wall with no one around to plug it back in and none of the data was saved before that happened.
Not exactly a something any collective or sentient PC would want to try unless they wana die. ^_^ |

99+ day(s) ago | If I remember correctly, from back when Stephen used to give out PCCs now and then, even if you manage to use the PCC on yourself after you`ve died, it didn`t work anyway... |
