As it appears that constantly voicing demands for improvement via Ingame means and Email will accomplish nothing. Perhaps it is time that someone displayed some initiative. If enough support can be gathered among the GC community, I would be more than willing to type up a formal petition demanding that Stephen Yong provide the necessary amount of attention to his product, and business, in which many of us have payed fair amounts of money for. Obviously all of the attempts to un-stick his head from his arse have insofar, proved ineffectual. Hopefully a full petition, mailed in physical form, directly to his step, will be far more successful.

There are a LOT of things needing fixing... but if we, as a community, are going to do this, we need to decide what is of the highest priority first. I think that there are three things of utmost importance, that need to be addressed first.
-Viral upkeep (preferably with upkeep being standardized based on ship class rather than simply a standard rate for the entire race, though a standardized upkeep for the entire race at the very least)
-Delivering missions to all races and revamping the missions for existing races (For example, removing the requirement of 5 industry/commerce specific infra and hampering other income streams)
-Fixing the viral/collective mineral generation bug (seriously, why hasn`t this been done yet...)
Just the top of my list. There are a lot of things that need fixing... but if we are going to approach Stephen, we need a plan that most of us agree on and only focuses on a few things. Always before when Stephen has tried to fix the game as per our request, it is disorganized and random and nothing gets done because we want everything at once. I`ve been here for four and a half years now, it isn`t gonna kill me to wait a bit longer to slowly have the content we want implemented, especially if we start improving the game and drawing new players.
If we decide to make missions, I think we need to organize an event for it. Have a competition where people write and design missions and submit them, perhaps with a possible reward for the best missions from maraudian. Nothing huge (after all, you`re helping make this game better for YOURSELF) but maybe some 2k barrens or something like that, probably limited to one or two rewards per person. Just an idea, anyway. I`d be more than willing to help with the selection of missions/writing of missions if I thought that they had any chance of being implemented. So lets organize! Maybe we can save our spacecrack. |

We anonymously invite Stephen, we be friendly and help him in the first month or two and then.... we whacked his character until he comply to our demands hahaha.
and then we moved on to other private MMORPG server lol. |
