Goodbye to you, my friends and adversaries.
We`ve all had some great times here, and I`m glad I stayed around for the two years that I did. I enjoyed every day up until the end, and I couldn`t have had a better time in a text-based game anywhere on the net than right here with you space-crack addicts.
I want to send out a few thank yous to the people who mattered most to me.
Dromo, who`s influence got me stuck here in the first place. Many thanks, my old friend!
Enki, for being the ringmaster of our circus. Give my regards to our Lord in his fishtank!
Rogue, for introducing me to the world of Collectives, perfectly concealing the horrors that were yet to come.
Neo/CybranCrim, my good buddy, I`ll buy that ore for ya any day.
All the rest of the DoD, new and old (but mostly the old, believe me.)
All of the subjugated individuals/initiates brought under the banner of CHAOTIC, thanks for supporting me as the bumbling leader of a fledgling sister fed.
FlamingSnowMan and his gang, we had some great times with and against each other. Keep on keepin` on, brother.
Bladactania, for being such a cool guy, and his Dragoons, for being kickass.
The DotV and BA for having such great fighters that always brought a challenge to the table for an amateur Collective, before and after the update. Namely DrunkenMasters, before the whole server went to pot.
And the BoE/EoE, for always having us under the Fed War bonus. We might have fallen asleep if we weren`t under heavy fire all the time.
I`d say thanks to Steven, for making the game, though I`ve got about as much of a chance of meeting the man behind the curtain as Steven Hawking has of swimming the English Channel.
So if any GM up there would be so kind as to freeze my account, in case I can`t shake the space-crack withdrawl seven months from now, please do.
God bless every single one of you gentlemen, especially the ones that have been here from the start and refuse to leave.
