The past 2-3 NPC UW`s its always the same few empires taking it down BadWolf, Bandits and a few others.
Perhaps Maru can come up with an idea to get the rest of the server involved.
Maybe an NPC posse. A whole fed of NPC`s that pop up on the server at various power levels ranging from 100K to 1.8 billion
Or perhaps the NPC every UW adopts a random race to support it. And if the UW goes off they are given fed member status and only lose 50% of everything.

99+ day(s) ago | Heres an idea inspired by this idea. hows about there is a fed full of NPC`s which all have to stick between certain power,s so all can participate however u have to kill each member of this feds UW Projects (ie kill them or beat them below 500k) in order to stop it going off a sort of"fed UW". this would encourage people to share information talk communicate and so enhance game play it should unite feds so that the top people go after the top ones and the lower ones go after the low ones. however for this to work there would have to be a block on these empires to prevent the highest person taking out all UW`s from the fed. so a + or - 50% on all fed members below 10mil for instance. (randome number btw) however i think this would provide a nice spark to GC something to really put ur money in stephens pocket! let me know what u think

99+ day(s) ago | well you only get one reward per boom from the NPC , so they are taking it down for pretty much no gain once they have earned a prize , for the likes of bandits and badwolf and all those with long term empires , its profitable to them to let it boom in order to get another max merrit reward
