so i completed research for Small Composite Hull.
which Allows building of fighter & corvette class ships
but the only ships available to build are scouts and fighters.. [and i already had the fighters] |

Notice the in the second column of that list on the manual how it has `Ship hull`, `Ship Class`, `Planetary`, `Technology`, and alien types. It will just take time to get the feel of how things work but just use that page as a reference. |

99+ day(s) ago | You have to complete separate research also for the different class types. The hull research only enables new ship research. For example, you will need to research this next for the corvette class:
