I was under the assumption that slaves only get 100 % protection when they are attacked on an enslave attack .... Well i attacked this guy 5 times on normal attack not enslave attack and each time he got support, You might be asking why keep attacking well mostly because after the 3rd time of support I was thinking its got stop after the fifth time i decided i didnt want to find out anymore

99+ day(s) ago | Ive been burned like that but I think we never notice the 10 straight attacks on various empires that goes off without masters showing up... Hell Ive had it happen three times on one empire, I give up and try another three times but on balance its probably about 33% of the time.
The thing about non defendant probability events (Like flipping a coin) is it does not matter what happened with the last event the probability of X is still just as likely this time. |

99+ day(s) ago | depends on your race really , in 88 days of being guardian ive hit 3 reinforcements ( and won 1 of em thank god for strafez reinf ) but as a maru terran and A miner i hit em a few times a day , rarely as collective and rarely as viral
so col collective and viral in my opinion have different chances to terran A miner and maru , on turnbased i also notice this ALOT more than on RT
but as pandy says , nobody knows what the hell he did to it other than himself |

99+ day(s) ago | Stephen changed it sometimes early this year, surprised actually that this thread hadn`t started up a lot sooner.
I was informed that someone on gc complained to stephen that it was too hard when it was only 33% for their slaves, and so he changed it, yes i know this for a fact, no i haven`t been told the exact figures. though i`d love dearly to know.
Its so pissing bottom annoying when as a maru all you want are 3 borders so you can leave np and newbieie hunt :P and you can`t because every time you hit one guy at 5k pr he`s got 40 hercs backing him up for, and i kid you not here, 10 times in a row, seriously, i changed from aggressive to careful to normal thinking to get past eventually.
so i threw a dummy spit, used some time capsules i`d saved for a age, went and whacked teh guy`s slaver and wiped him, which wasn`t easy having to climb from base pr to 5 mill pr on ultra, then i plundered everything, disbanded and whacked the slave out of sheer malice.
It was very cathardic |

99+ day(s) ago | i still firmly beleive that in terms of reinforcements u should get them 100% of the time but the amount u receive should just be 10% of ure pr.
eg if ure at 1mil u would revieve 100k of reinforcments. this is then basicaly an extra stack so if u were fully stacked u would then have an 11th stack which would have bonus`s in flanking...
yer i no never gona happen without stephen....
meh just my 2 cent...... |
