Before the admins get all huffy, please do not delete this thread, it is not an advertisement for a competitor game.
I know I left but I had to come back for a bit to spread the word. For those of you who don`t know, Freelancer is a 3D space sim released by microsoft in 2003. It was a fantastic game with a dedicated fan base but for various reasons it was never a huge commercial success. If it weren`t for freelancer I most likely would have never found this game and spent three wonderful years here (there isn`t space here to tell that story, but if you are really interested I`ll be checking in for the next few days, so send me a PM).
In honor of that link I chose the name Kusari when I joined up here and have used it ever since. My second tribute is this thread. The fan community of Freelancer has started a petition asking microsoft to consider making the long awaited sequel to the game, and it already has nearly 15,000 signatures. 99+ day(s) ago | Hard controlls? What version of FL are you playing? All you have to do is point the mouse in the direction you want to go. Once you master that, tab is boost and A/D are strafe. |
