99+ day(s) ago | i just used to threaten death then kick there behind from 10x , they used to climb with me too , god that was fun watching them drain loads of credits and me climbing into top 5 ranks to smash there faces in , would have been cheaper to just live with it , but i had my pride back in the day i was A miner for many 100`s of days and didnt change race etc o.o` |

You know how many Rangers you need to drop a 25 mill per turn income to nothing at all?
Was alot untill i realised i could kill my housing and live off of minerals ;) |

99+ day(s) ago | some older players will deliberately start making a negative per turn so you dont` profit from it if enslaved, and some new players just make a negative per turn anyway because they`re new and not had enough time or knowledge to set up a decent income. |

99+ day(s) ago | also if recent slaves they need to of loged out and back in the be recognised as a `slave empire` as far as tributes are concerned, or wait 2 hours roughly due to server `catch up`
or refresh there income , this can range from building ships plundering planets etc , once your income refreshes you will begin tributing

1. They are new players who have no clue on what infra to build.
2. They maybe a market empire. Creating CGs, Food, Minerals etc.
3. They could be in debt, or neg income due to fleet or more infra than income generated.
4. Maybe more o.o |
