I never thought I would be saying this, but the time has come for me to bid GC a fond farewell. There were 3 things that kept me here: the community, the potential to have a say in how this game was updated and improved, and plenty of free time. It has become clear that Stephen either doesn`t have time to run it properly or he just doesn`t care. Either way what was once a lively and dynamic game has stagnated and slowly withered away.
The second issue comes directly from the first. As the game has decayed, most of the veteran players who made this community so great have also drifted away. So it is with a heavy heart that I draft my `spacefed will`.
To Kushan I leave all my dangerous genetic experiments. Please take care of them as if they were your own. Oh, and make sure they get a chance to rampage in the chat every so often.
To screwball I leave my collection of rare transdimensional alcohol. If you ever return to open the bar, I`m sure they will fetch a good price.
To Pandy I leave my shiny guide`s `G`. Make sure it goes to someone who is devoted to helping educate the poor unwashed newbie masses.
To Mauradian, who always be gollum no matter how many times he changes his name, I leave a digital toupe` I once found while roaming the galaxy. Hopefully you can use it to cover that bald head of yours.
To Mompyuser I leave my vast collection of hate mail. May it bring you amusement in these dark times.
To Cannabisville I leave my entire stash of spacecrack. I`m sure you can find a good use for it.
To the remaining members of the Plunder Club, I entrust the stewardship of my fed, Universe42. After all these years, PC was till the best fed I`ve ever been a part of.
To Osama I leave my `Please don`t shoot me, I`m an innocent bystander` T shirt. Wear it as a proud sign of your hometown.
The rest of my digital posseisons are to be auctioned off. All procedes go to the retirement home for aging GC vets and space crack addicts.

It`s sad to see this thread but yet not a surprise... the way this game has been heading the real surprise is not seeing more of these upon my return... err... sorta return, lol
I`ve said it before, the people have always been what have kept me here... and now... there aren`t any of these... more and more are leaving by the truckload..
I would say I would miss you but we can connect other places man ;)

ther are FREE gamers out ther with the talent he desires i bet if he asked them..they would help go the the colleges and get the ppl like he was who started their games for college courses to help him but he would have to share credit and he was burnt once....i`ve been playing this game for three yrs on and off and seen this all happen..mostly because of ppl putting thier input into this game for their own needs..see feds here and next door die ..veterans like yourself leave over and over again..sorry to see you go |
