99+ day(s) ago | orbs cant shield planets , but there are alot of artifacts that can have numerous nice affects such as shields etc , you can find these on fan sites like spacefed community etc ( google will help you find them )
looking at your empire through admin it apears you have done research in ship contents , so im not sure if you could possibly have hit the bug of turns not going into ship research hence asking the question ( if this is the case , relog )
other than that , just donate more time into your tech tree research and eventually you will have a large selection of powerfull and usefull ships to build |
