Oh well maybe NVM... i won a few planets from guards & they ate all my goods & Food really fast while i was fighting for more borders... so that killed the loyalty off most of them...

99+ day(s) ago | not likely, since most people either have a surplus of food production or have a good sized stock. Also, not much point in punishing people since a) if they are tax then you lower your own income, and b) if they are not tax then you`re not really doing damage to their income. |
