more pop = ultimately more power rating
assuming of course that you were going to use the housing as income, but if you weren`t why research it at all as terran. |

99+ day(s) ago | For terrans housing research is not that useful. But doing commercial research is more useful, as one of the best ways for a terran to earn money is buy constructing commercial buildings in your planets.
So it`s better to concentrate on commercial. |

you can have 20 in only ONE thing
doesnt matter if they all add up to 20 in the end.
you need 20 in commerial or you need 20 in something else
recommended that you only research into ONE field at a time & get everything else you need from the market
