The Old forum dominated us the Chat Dominated by Gc. uc players were hardly on the chat.
im sitting here in vm looking at what gc is now and how boring to hell it is and thinking. Will it ever happen again? Ever? Ever!? EVER?

99+ day(s) ago | I usually play games that people have been talking about in other games` forums, blogs or any website in general... I barely trust these "top 100 games" sites, the top sites are very often those that offer the best rewards for people who are voting or benefit from proxy spamming.
You could do a lot of things to advertise for spacefed. But seriously, Stephen has been running things the way he and only he wants to for a long while, so I`ll let him deal with the advertising. Too bad he`s bad at that. Ever saw these spam sites with loads of links to SF that got him banned from Google ?
Back to the topic, yeah I remember that time too. But what has killed GC is not the fact that it`s not what it used to be anymore, it`s rather that it is exactly the same as what it used to be 3 years ago, when 1.06 rolled out. Oh that 1.06 update was a great excitement, new super handsome races (well ok, one new super handsome race) to finally end the hegemony of guardians on RT, 10 whole stacks to play with, loads of new planet types... of course it wasn`t all perfect, some things needed to be balanced a bit. Too bad this never happened. Too bad nothing else happened ever since.
What I miss most in the forum is the old legendary thread "The Battle has begun... in slow". The whole history of slow was sitting there. Now it`s all gone to oblivion. |

Not sure about all of you, but I play other games, and how do I pick ? By going to those sites and seeing what games are in teh top 20 and seeing if they`re worth my bother.
GC is never in the top 20, so that isn`t helping the intake of new players.
and yeah that UC has freakin star wars adverts on every game site i`ve been to also doesn`t help, lol star wars by left bottom cheek.
GC needs promotion on the web. Anyone have a way to do that i`m out of ideas i spammed sites for most of last year. |

remember StormofBladeZ this game was sold off to someone else, the creator cared about us & GC was his prize back in the day, now we got a new person forever & he doesnt care about GC & his prize is now UC.
yes i remember the days lmao. talk about 500 pages of newbies to play with now like less then 30 pages for sure.
GC needs its own chat again, i think that would really help bring life back to GC. |
