In response to fedaykin the chances of you making a c3 with 2500 or above loyalty is impossible if you have explored 1 of the c2s as that will only have 50 loyalty. Added to the difficulty of trying to win good sized clusters with 5k loyalty it will be extremely tough to get what you want before even worrying about keeping it |
