Server Outage yesterday was due to IIS for the GC server going down (happens once every 6-12 months i`m told) due to the timing of this (10PM server time) nobody was at the office to contact, and stephen was unobtainable on any number.
Admins used to be able to call data center to ask for a reboot but with new data center they don`t allow this.
So basically simple problem but nobody to press the button until paid staff got in this morning about 20 mins ago
