hi stephen, admin and guides, hello.
whats happening - i had waited nearly a month for your reply on why i was deactivated when i was enjoying my battles with the mk fed on slow. do you hate people enjoying the game?? my adrenalin came back and thought i can be active again.
well if i cheated, please let me and the whole server know how i cheated so that everyone knows what not to do again. i guess i did not as other wise you would have inform me immediately.
when i was suspened - i was shocked (what did i ve done)
i was reactivated - i was curious (why)
after so long - i got angry cause someone can just suspend another player without justifications only on alleges / accusations, this arise to mis-use of power and cheating: scenerio
1. i keep attacking someone and before he can counter i accuse him of cheating. he got suspended even just 1 day - i can cut short his counter period.
2. i got a cluster from someone - i accuse him of cheating and got suspended by the time he comes out my cluster is safely hidden.
3. i got enslaved and noway i can get 10x higher pr. i accuse him and he got suspended under 1,500 pr - i quickly release myself.
dont you think this is abuse of power !!!
stephen please check on the person who accuse and also the person who suspend me for their ulterior motives.
someone told me that i uses artifacts insanely - what? i had been playing for more than 3 years and had saved up tons of them and never heard of any restrictions. i did not use any offensive or destructive artifacts on anyone to kill them or harass them but on myself.
if you cant use all the artifacts at one go whats the use of donating to get arti. usage should be encouraged together with high pr battles. as my time capsules was diminishing - i was already thinking of donating to get some more to fight more battles with the mk fed.
now i have no reason to donate as i cant be active as i may be suspended for enjoying myself. |

upon looking at you events i see something like 10 pages of pure regalo being used , im like wow thats alot for slow , so i decide to look at your artifact list , and see a very large stock of them still , however 0 common orbs of this and maybe 2 of another , completely didnt add up to me , i also looked at a few other things but this being what i wanted to talk about , frankly i suspected you had donated(now banned so cheated) for these and stephen had gone out his way to give them to you so i and other staff cant see it ( yes we voluntary staff have to deal with this kind of loyalty )
however after a day i heard nothing from you and returned your account under the condition you would talk to me ( mainly assuming you had no idea how to contact us with another account )

nothing i can do to argue with that , even if nothing adds up to it i cant argue with it , so that was the end of it really , you won and i went back to further ensuring the game is fair and so on , now like 1-2 weeks later youve made this post

if thats true, thank you for proving my theory correct with the two quotes above , this was told to stop by numerous staff ages ago, this is cheating at its finest, not even something i can trace through admin , and with the person who owns the game , what oh what can i actually do?
well people i guess if you have money you can play realtime on the slow server and buy yourself to the top of the game without staff knowing

first of all - if you had the courtesy to reply my query in the private pm - i wouldnt have to get to the forum.

since you can check all that is happening - pls check that b4 i came back to play out of vm my time capsules is already maxout. ok. also during the nearly 1 yr in vm i did not vote to get stc ( its already max out).
3. on pcc usage - pls check my logs that i only use it to get ores and also to plunder. how many planets did i keep ?
4. your insinuations that i got to the top planets count is also smart because if you can`t count - pls use a calc. as it already stated when you check my accounts how many battles won and lost - how many planets won & lost.
all your answers are not straight forward which was pointed out by deiloche - and out of context.
you are the admin - you should know how to maintain a kind of fairplay and balance without fear or favour. to prevent cheats
this is a war game - everyone fight to win as long as it is not illegal or cheating. to use your own resources to fight for a win is `cheating` , to make a counter - cheating, to get back your planets cheating.
without checking - you already sentence me `guilty`
the mentality of if he got more things than me then he is a crook or illegal.
pls check first - be fair - your last comment show your smartness as all this artifacts were from long ago b4 - you being admin. amen
btw i was saving all these up for a uw but with lopside people around noone can succeed. |

im not not-smart enough to run round punishing people if there are chances such as them being from old events etc
time caps had nout to do with his tempory suspension
staff stopped donations for items on gc a fairly long time ago , if you want to play a p2p and buy yourself to the top there is UC |

Hell, to UW on a turn server its pretty much required.
And don`t forget the $$ for artis fund drive stephen had going..

so is this what you did ? kinda related to why you got suspended, ive never been so suspicious of an artifact list since ive been admin , using regalo like no tomorrow on slow and a fairly nice stock yet no artifact list that could explain you making them. so you donate for them and stephen gives you them behind the staff`s back ( would explain why your top rank for a start ) , please give an honest answer to this as the yes reply will have sexy results with my A and stephen |
