99+ day(s) ago | There is a maximum # of colonies you can have. At some point you will want to aquire more/better colonies than this limit permits. That is what `plunder colony` is for. Also, why keep trash planets if you don`t need them. Trash planets boost your PR by 1000 - 1300 each with no benefit. Unless of course you are using them for borders to protect more valuable assets. |
