99+ day(s) ago | Zxsx9, it isn`t odd as that is how plenty of other empires have died over the years. Either he wasn`t paying attention to his borders, got too excited and built out or thought he`d be able to build quickly and hit for extra borders. Whatever the case that is on him, and if he feels that isn`t what occurred he`s more than able to open an HC thread in which the admins will review. Be advised he has yet to do so.
As for releasing empire logs and account data, it will not be provided in a public forum thread by the Staff. If the player in question wishes to provide his empire logs into a thread that is his decision. As for account data that stays between admins and the player, and would only be posted in an HC thread. |

At no point during the events that occur did the player switch to another device resulting in logging in, nor did he relog which would have refreshed the Build after Attack warning. This means it would have had to be dismissed to build, and any subsequent consequences are on the player. |

99+ day(s) ago | Zxsx9, in fact we have tested to see if its possible to build without receiving the warning that blocks building until you manually click the link. If you try to simply refresh the page then it`ll just give the warning again and wont go away till you actually click the link.
If you feel this is incorrect, please make an HC thread and provide screenshots as well as be willing to do real time testing with an Admin to reproduce what you believe to have experienced.

Fact #2 I didn`t give out a punishment, at all, not even when artifacts from a dead empire were abused through exploring from death. Literally all I did was enforce the valid death that took place, and I fail to see how that would qualify as a punishment.
Fact #3 I`m not going to play favorites with anyone. His empire death was completely valid after reviewing the logs. He was countered into DP, and after a 7 minute wait he builds back out and is promptly hit by historias and attacked again resulting in empire death.
Fact #4 I did a full investigation before reaching a conclusion. 99+ day(s) ago | Actually want a forum post for what happened to rambo, funny how the staff are even handed or tolerate of their friends, but extreme to anyone who isnt a friend of staff. Kinda makes you wanna quit when there are people who abuse loopholes and cheat and dont get in trouble, but if your a friend of staff it is okay & tolerated, but if your not a friend of staff your punished unfairly.
But considering everything that is going on here it seems POINTLESS, misc well play something different than GC, good luck keeping your user base. Seems like it will be staff and friends vs everyone else. |
