left the build rates as they were and increased max pr for uws to 1.8bill or what ever
(say after u activate first project it unlocks your pr cap)
leave the exploring the same aswell once a player is setup with planets u dont really explore anyway more steal borders from others... less turns...
this will help new players joining the game to get setup alittle quicker, as this game can be a drag at the start if u have no idea that u can even explore a 1k barren cause u havnt got 1 after 1000 planets of exploring |

AssassinatorS 99+ day(s) ago | Personally I think going the americanministry route is the better route - the `one of each race` reverse engineer approach. Maybe along with removal of one or two (or indeed at the expense of one or two) of the collective ships.
So I could reverse engineer one ship for free.
Second one comes at the expense of one of the collective`s own.
Third the same.
For my own desires, all I want is a pyth. |

Asmodean 99+ day(s) ago | I had a thought that we could replace one of the coll ships with a new one, sorta update the shiplist. The though was that they would have a dreadnaut mirrored off the Nirvana. This ship would have the same shields but be only 70% the hull, pr and weapons. Upkeep and min cost TBD by admins.
I also had a thought that colls would be able to earn money off the ships they captured. Meaning that a 10mil pr stack of Herc, which costs like 9-something million per turn upkeep would instead credit that coll`s account, at like 60%. So that 10mil stack of herc would earn 5.4 million a turn. So you WANT to fight, and WANT to fight at high pr as it makes you money--or at least reduce the costs of a huge fleet... |
