I`m sure some of you have noticed some things already it`s not unexpected, and you`re not crazy.
Here`s a quick list with info:-
New accounts/Restarting Fix - You can only use artifacts on yourself for the first 3 days of your empire, no longer can you use them on other empires until AFTER your empire is 3+ days old.
Explore Delay change - Explore delay has been removed for everyone, the only exception being if you are currently doing a UW; Meaning if you are doing a UW you will have the explore delay still.
Dig Times - Probably the single biggest change done, the dig times as you all know were a single block late at night. Well let me start by saying that it isn`t a single block anymore, and I know a lot of you noticed this. Now for those of you that hit dig time before, the old block is still there as you will have noticed it`s just shorter.
Dig Block 1 - 6:00pm to 10:00pm ST
Common - 6:00pm to 6:30pm
Rare - 6:30pm to 6:45pm
Common - 6:45pm to 7:30pm
Mixed - 7:30pm to 7:35pm
Common - 8:30pm to 8:45pm
Mixed - 8:45pm to 8:50pm
Common - 8:50pm to 9:00pm
Uncommon - 9:00pm to 9:20pm
Common - 9:20pm to 10:00pm
Dig Block 2 - 12:00am to 4:00am ST
Common - 12:00am to 12:30am
Rare - 12:30am to 12:45am
Common - 12:45am to 1:30am
Mixed - 1:30am to 1:35am
Common - 2:30am to 2:45am
Mixed - 2:45am to 2:50am
Common - 2:50am to 3:00am
Uncommon - 3:00am to 3:20am
Common - 3:20am to 4:00am
Dig Block 3 - 6:00am to 10:00am ST
Common - 6:00am to 6:30am
Rare - 6:30am to 6:45am
Common - 6:45am to 7:30am
Mixed - 7:30am to 7:35am

What if BW could just put it under server time though?
