So here is my first UW finished. After 5 Years developing the empire and one year of direct preparation it is over today. It is very easy to underestimate how difficult it is to organize the UW! There were also some mistakes I made on my way. No opposition was another important factor. It was just necessary to burn some 50-100 BTCs to kill the UW, depending on luck and organization.
Thanks a lot for everybody who supported me, especially Ragnarok, Sinarya and FOUNDERS. And of course the other fed members who stayed online during UW.

99+ day(s) ago | Hide away forever? Not entirely sure what you mean by that. I quit fast because I didn`t have the time or discipline to log in once every 24 hours, never mind twice. After I did my first UW, I on purpose restarted my empires on fast and ultra and never looked back because I wanted to decrease my obsession with this game after I did my first UW. In fact, I sort of only just researched and nothing else on normal and slow for a long time because of the stuff that went down during (and in the lead-up to) that UW.
Other than that, I don`t deny your point Akubo/MK, and yes you aren`t a chronic VMer (for some reason I thought you were Lord). However, the fact that this UW was even possible is partly because we`re rarely attacked anymore.
Even if you are hit down, you still force us to use fleets and turns to do so instead of using those turns for research/digging. You might even cause folks to lose c3s, like with shadowempire.
If I were you guys, I would disband both the League and the Mob and all go join TCF.
Yes, you would all be under a fed war disadvantage and wouldn`t have to depend on free borders from metsu and avaline, but you would be able to share fleets better and be able to better coordinate the take-downs.
Between the TCF guys and you League/mob guys, you have the manpower to pose a challange to us, provided you all actually played (looks at LordaeroN). |

Are you asking why I don`t use all my turns building huge fleets to be shot down by one of the 6 huge empire in the top instead of digging and researching? Do you really want me to answer that question, or can you imagine why yourself? |
