99+ day(s) ago | X000001X speaking from first hand experience a 20% income boost with a -10% upkeep bonus isn`t really doing much for the truly rich empires.. infact it probably has it`s greatest bonus for smaller empires
(Although i speak from a standpoint of someone who made 74-75mil a turn at the most before any bonuses) |
