Trick and Treat are back again on all servers to give out goodies stacking of course will give you the best chance to win the most prizes, try no to be greedy and hit the npcs every time you see them, let others have fun too they`ll be around for a few weeks.
Absolutely no Scouting the NPC`s so you can wipe them or win three the second hit. Those who scout will not be rewarded and if they persist after their one time warning any winnings will be removed by me.
What is scouting, scouting is attacking with a fleet that was built obviously to consume as few turns as possible to get into range of a NPC do as little damage as possible to an NPC so that one can rebuild a fleet to perfectly wipe an NPC with little to no loss of fleet. Try to win on your first hit, though it`s ok if you do so badly that you do next to no damage to an NPC and then you hit again, I can tell the difference of effort being put into an attack and when it is not.
Also be warned Trick and Treat do not like being spammed, they may just historia you if you spam them to much, maybe and they might not do it right after you spam them they might save it up for the “right time”
We`ll be lenient with what is a spam this time around. its best to build at least 4 stacks that have substantial pr if you don`t do 10 balanced stacks but if 70% of your total pr is in 1-3 stacks that`s a definite spam so try and build 4+ stacks.
