Alright, Yes this again...and this time it will go through one way or another.

This is a Contest open to all GC members except these people, Badwolf, Raistilin, ChessRPGruler, EvilAbadayos (should he decide to log in), and My self
We would like you to redesign the Scorpion and the Kryo. You may design and submit a design for each ship. (All entries must be PMed to myself, EphemeralEternity, on RT server.) Please do not post your designs in this thread. They will be ignored and possibly removed.
What will happen, after one month the staff will approve 3 designs for each ships. We will reveal these designs to everyone. (We will keep the creator of design anonymous until after the Contest) The Designs will then be voted on by you the GC public..every player may vote only once (those who vote more than once will have all votes ignored and if you had a ship up for vote you will get no prizes for winning. (more on the voting will be posted later)
Prizes
What your Prizes could be if your design is chosen.
The creators of the 6 designs chosen by the staff will get 10 Regolo`s to an account of their choice.
The creators of the two winning designs will receive a UW artifact package for the server of their choice.
Now if the same person has both their designs chosen by the staff they will only receive 10 Reg`s because their chance of winning the final design will be improved, this should be reward enough.
If the final designs voted on by the players belong to one person they are eligible to win both UW artifact packages but must choose two separate accounts on different servers to receive the reward.
Things to keep in mind
these ships aren`t supposed to be power houses or something you`d want to spam or necessarily use all the time, their primary function is their speed. not so much their usefulness. In other words the faster the ship is the worse it should perform in battle.

*no greater than .28 damage to pr ratio an no greater than 2.3 hull to pr ratio
*it`s build rate should fall between 70k-90k pr (yes you could have it build at 4 a turn with each ship having 20k pr
*Kryo must have 7 or lower range
*Scorpion must have 8 range or lower
*the only limitation on damage types is no Chemical Damage.
*Be smart about the shields, no extreme immunities unless the the thing has a hull like a Queen
*cost is auto calculated (we have no control over it so don`t bother)
*Mineral cost and upkeep will be determined by us depending on how the ship preforms so don`t bother including.

Some other things to keep in mind.
Do not Share your design in case someone else steals it
If two identical Designs are submitted the one who submitted it first will be credited
Nothing is set in stone, you may change your designs up until the due date of Nov. 20th 2012. I will not provide feed back about your design, so make sure it fits the criteria
we will help explain how to use the ship designer on Yedi`s battlesim if you don`t know. We will also clarify anything about the contest you don`t understand.
