Hey guys so BadWolf distracted me mid-paragraph so I will not be releasing the Aspha wars tonight as planned, instead I will give you two paragraphs, one from the first chapter one from the second, lemme know what yall think below.
The Birth of Space Travel.
Terrans have a humble beginings, And are commonly thought of as the first race. This is utter bollocks of course as only the Terrans would dare to call themselves first. Everyone truely knows that the first race was a group of superbeings that got so full of themselves that suddenly they dissapeared alltogether leaving only their ruins behind. Secretly thats what most wish would happen to the Terrans. But I`ve digressed long enough and I`m going to start this off right with the tale of the First Terran Empire, They actually used to refer to themselves as "FATE" though no one knows where the extra A came from. |

Now comes the interesting part, These Terran monkeys actually believed they were the only ones in the universe DESPITE all of the evidence to the contrary! They figured their conquest was assured. Oh how simple everything must have seemed to them. Unfortunatly they failed to realize all of the other races had a hundred thousand year head start. No instead they blunder in and start a thousand year war!
Oh the early days were bloody. The Terrans refused to aknowledge that their fleets were being beat so kept sending in wave after wave. I cannot even begin to calculate how many millions lost their lives in that conflict. So much sensless bloodshed over a simple misunderstanding, but this has been the Terran way since day one. It is simply in their genetics to waste life. The First great battle (Since the countless other battles were simply one sidded attempts to outnumber the enemy, nevermind that they were outgunned.) happened on the edge of Miner Cluster 3.1034 designated Rutillion Four. Here the great ship Gargantian lead a new fleet of ships, Only very recently fitted and deployed. The Terrans actually managed to find a weakness in the miner hulls! This they dubbed Photon. |
