Then check that planet on your manage colonies page. They will be different. The game isn`t too bright regarding colony ID lol |

99+ day(s) ago | It has something to do with the colony IDs not refreshing if you don`t visit your Manage Colonies screen often enough, so it ends up putting them out of order when you win new colonies.
I don`t recall the details of it anymore. It can happen when you explore as well I *think*. Someone may need to correct me on that |
