Does anyone know what it actually does? Can someone test this out with another person and document the results of this artifact? Perhaps on RT? |

99+ day(s) ago | tried and tested.. ask sadisticinterns we tested these out on his planets.. yes the pop/infra died but as soon as he used a turn the pop started growing and the infrastructure was back on the planet |

she got plenty of Gr.Estructuras and Gente`s ^^
too bad she `lost` the fert just a bit before :( |

99+ day(s) ago | Then again, you can never kill all population with gente, only reduce it to the last cowardly planetary governor hiding in a bunker. Naturally the population goes from 1 to 2 when he orders a bride online, and then from there he repopulates the rest of his planet over the hundreds and thousands of subsequent "turns" (years?). |

99+ day(s) ago | And when i say newb killer, I mean like a home world killer where you first unassign all the infrastructure and then kill all the population with gente. Sucks when you have a nice U large or an indestructible home world fall victim to this. :P |

99+ day(s) ago | Well, i`ve just tested the minor version of this artifact, and all it did was unassign infra on an outer boarder. The Minor Gente kills the population, so I think that`s where you`re confused Kelti.
Of course, the evil application is that you can use both artifacts as a "newb killer". :P
But according to some sites, the minor unassigns 200 infra while the grand unassigns 1000 according to UC sites. Given the artifact costs, the grand version just doesn`t seem to be worth it. |
