I was in a direct sales job for the last few months making over $1,000+ a week selling Kirby Vacuums. I figure if I can make that much selling expensive vacuums door-to-door on commission only I can do just about anything. The hours were killing me, leaving me little to no SFGC time.
I live in the wealthiest part of the US and have very little computer background so IT jobs are not going to be in my near future. Any ideas? |

But as the MMO market has become a huge multi-billion dollar industry, general prices have decreased incredibly. I`d imagine if your in full ilvl 400+ PvE gear atm with a glad title or two and many a realm first, your account may go for about 2k Omeg. |

However, in 2007, a Rogue character with swords dropped by Illidan Stormrage and an almost complete set of Tier 6 armor was sold for 7,000 Euros which converts to around $9,000. Sadly, the guy who bought the account was banned shortly afterwards, and it seems highly unlikely that he was able to get his money back.
There was an article about it. Just saying it is possible. Also, that 3.5k toon is missing stuff I have titles and achievements wise, even so it would bump it up another 500-$1k. But meh, the market has gone down since I last was looking into auctioning stuff. I guess the MMO market has deflated. I stand corrected by more newer data, just saying back in the day it was possible :S |

Your dreaming buddy if you think your three year old account is worth $9-10,000. Maybe in Monopoly money. Most of these accounts aren`t even that great or worth the prices on them, they are just the first ones I saw.
I`m also giving you the benefit of one of the highest sites out there for selling your characters. Hard to find a higher price than PA usually. Any major company will give you maybe 30-35% of that.

99+ day(s) ago | TPE is incredibly wrong, and that site is pretty terrible for gauging prices. It takes a good player 6-7 days to get from 0 to 85. Getting full current tier gear requires a raiding guild, making it not particularly feasible to gear toons to the highest tier then sell them.
You can full PVP honor gear in about 4-5 days with enough time to play and a decent bit of skill. Full current season arena gear takes several weeks, even with a very high ranked 5v5 team.
For reference: A brand new account with one level 85 character in mostly quest/leveling gear will go for about $100. This is pretty much just the price of the game and it`s expansions needed to get the account itself.
A full current season PvP geared 85 will go for about $170-200.
A full current tier heroic geared PvE toon will go for about $300.
A multiple rank 1 gladiator in full current season PvP and multiple server first PvE titles and full heroic current PvE gear will go for a maximum of $900-1000.
