I wanted to make a silly RE fleet with viral, but the ships I want to RE are one people rarely/never use. Am I breaking the battle arranging rules if I tell someone to build a certain type of ship or say someone attack me with xxx ship?. I would not be giving my fleet composition or asking theirs, I just want to be able to at least have the opportunity to get the ships I want. |

99+ day(s) ago | your not gonna get in trouble for telling your friends you want a certain ship just dont tell them your stack and dont let them tell you theirs its not against the rules to tell folks you want a ship so they may or may not build it |
